Dia de los Muertos at Hollywood Forever Cemetery

When it comes to dia de los muertos – The Day Of The Dead, there is nothing like the Hollywood Forever Celebration. The cemetery grounds come to life in a big celebration for the whole community. More than 100 altars, created by members of the community in remembrance of their ancestors and loved ones, dot the grounds. Participants from around the world. There is an art exhibit – out of this world – in the cathedral mausoleum, featuring hundreds of original artworks from local artists. Food vendors from around Los Angeles, arts and crafts vendors, and live music performances in 5 stages complete the experience. The Dia De Los Muertos event will be on October 29 at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Hollywood.
